I've known Dean's amazing knack for finding and testing talent sourcing tools for decades, and became famous for making short, remarkably clear and easy videos and articles. I was privileged that he agreed to report to me briefly around 2010 during one of many large corporate recruiting roles over his celebrated career, but he's nowhere near done yet! If you've seen him present live or virtually (Google him: he's ubiquitous!), you'll instantly ascertain that he is the real deal. Now he has agreed to open his virtual warchest of how-to sourcing tools for the world at The Sourcing Links. There's much you can gain for free (and it's fine to start there to keep you busy), but there are an ever-increasing list of value-adds if you want to delve further on the premier subscription tiers. For him, most rolls up into OSINT (open sourcing intelligence) and he makes using the encyclopedia of tools easy to drill down to what you need, with a lot of tech embedded in a remarkably simple website interface. In fact, it's so intuitive that it doesn't need help documentation at all (or start by clicking Help > FAQs in the top horizontal nav), but hopefully all of us will continue to urge him to create more short companion how-to videos, at least on the paid tiers for the fancier stuff yet to come). He does read emails, but one of the reasons he developed this website was to reduce the number of redundant questions, so if there's a pattern of desired how-tos to make things easier, you'll likely to see it succinctly covered on The Sourcing Links soon!
